Provide complex clerical and administrative support for Public Works and Neighborhood Services. Prepare and distribute Emergency Communications as needed for Public Works issues in various systems. Maintain Public Works and Engineering citizen interactive maps. Assist with meeting minutes, and oversee the Accident Review Board. Staff liaison for Public Works and Neighborhood Services citizen committees, including Persons with Disabilities Committee and Animal Shelter Advisory Committee; working with upper management with citizen/committee requests and concerns.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in a business, communications, public affairs, public administration, or related field,Five years of experience in municipal government,Two or more years of work experience with a strong emphasis on communication and public writing skills.A combination of education, experience and training that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
